If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.
Keep in mind my beeswax candles and ornaments are all handmade in small batches and therefore unique.
Color, shape, weight and aroma will vary.
Occasionally, candles will fail to burn properly. If you find that despite following all burning recommendations, the candle doesn’t stay lit, let me know. Do not discard it, beeswax is precious.
If an ornament arrives broken, let me know right away. Save the pieces.
If possible I will gladly replace it. Communicate with me, I want you to be happy. 408-396-6113
Replacements
You have 30 calendar days to contact me about a problem with an item from the date you received it.
